Nordica Design Apartments are 1-bedroom apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the new residential complex “Nordica” opened in November 2019 in the heart of the city center. Apartments face either the lively city street or quieter inner house yard. All apartments have open balconies, panoramic windows panes and ceiling 2,7 m.
Apartments are well equipped and include home design products and tableware from the iconic Finnish designers Pentik and Iittala.
For your entertainment we equipped the apartment with a large screen smart TV so you can watch your favourite programs, movies and videos.
Going exploring what Rovaniemi city has to offer cannot be easier: Nordica residence complex is just few meters from the main pedestrian street Koskikatu, where you will find great options for dining, coffees and shopping; city museums Arktikum, Pilke and Korundi, Martiini old knife factory are just a stone’s throw away. We will be happy to recommend for your dining experience some of our tested partner restaurants.
